SUMMARY: INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – FALL 2018 (PAID)
Mission of Organization
The mission of the Boston Tax Help Coalition is to broaden pathways from poverty to financial empowerment by maximizing the impact of the earned income and other tax credits through quality, free tax preparation, financial education and economic stability opportunities.
The Credit Building Intern will assist with credit report analysis and data entry for Boston residents who participated in the BTHC Financial Check-up program and will help with communications to those participating in Boston Builds Credit, the first municipal credit building program.
DATES OF INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: September to December 2018
Fall semester full or part-time unpaid internship available (10 hours per week) with flexible hours and start date. Intern work schedule is open for discussion based on student and employer needs.
Participants in the Internship Program should be Undergraduate students, Graduate students or recent Graduates.
