Summary: Fall 2019 (paid)
Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s Office of Financial Empowerment (OFE) leads the City in creating asset building opportunities for low-to-moderate income individuals. One of these projects is Boston Builds Credit, which has the goal of helping 25,000 Boston residents achieve a prime credit score by 2020.
Mission of Organization
The Office of Financial Empowerment’s mission is to link those seeking financial security and wealth generation with access to capital, financial education, and financial services.
The Boston Builds Credit Intern will assist with credit report analysis for Boston residents who participated in the Financial Check-Up program and will facilitate updates to those participating in Boston Builds Credit, the first municipal credit building program.
