TITLE: Contract Administration Intern
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direction of the Procurement Specialist and Lease/Contract Administration Manager, the Contract Administration Intern will support the Public Procurement and Lease/Contract Administration units. The Intern will assist with the preparation and issuance of general service contract advertisements including Requests for Proposals, Invitations for Bid, Requests for Qualifications, etc. and provide a supporting role in the review, selection and intake of contract awardees. The Intern will also assist with the day to day real estate lease contract operations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The Intern shall be currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s degree program with a major or concentration in business/public administration, finance, legal studies or similar field. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to process and manage large volumes of information in detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Experience with YARDI commercial real estate management systems is a plus.
